Went to the towne east location to have the waistband on my jeans brought in and the man who helped me was super nice and made them fit perfectly! Happy with the price. Happy with the quality and professionalism! This place is great!
I worked with Yusef who is a nice man from Jordan that works at Lexis. He did a great job on my suit jacket and pants. I felt their pricing was way too steep for the amount of work required. Initially he quoted me $200 and I thought he was joking. I told him I was not willing to pay that and he ended up doing it for $75. For a suit that was $300 altogether I still think that price is way too high. I also found the store to be unkempt and messy. Overall the service was great and they did it in 24 hours when I gave them a 1 week deadline. I would recommend this place but would encourage you to barter the price down.
