Food and service was good.

I have ordered from here many times and the food has always been the best. I ordered from grub hub today and I got the ultimate nachos, which is what I always get, and was very disappointed. The meat was hard, not fresh at all. None of the ingredients were fresh and the chips were stale. My husband got wings.... they weren't good either!!!! How do you mess up wings???? Pizza Hut's wings are far better. I hate that because I will probably not eat there again. Ps.... tamper evident packaging when being delivered might be a thing to look into....

Waited 50 minutes for a pick up order. Never again. I'm done with them. I'm telling everyone I know. No one knew what they were doing. Front staff should be fired. Manager should be too.

Placed an online order that said it would be ready at 7:10. Got my food at 7:40. Wings were cold. The ranch and chips and salsa weren’t in the bag. There was 1 girl working the carry out while 2 other hostesses were helping the few customers that wanted to be seated. Around 30-40 to go customers came in during my 30 minute wait. The Customer next to me also should’ve had food ready at 7:10 and was still waiting when I left at 7:40.nnUpdate: I went to the FAQ page and submitted my experience. I still have yet to hear back and it has been several weeks.

Specials all the time. Wait staff was really cool. Management was friendly. Food was out of this world. First time to Buffalo Wild Wings. Definitely returning!
