The Sweet Spot

Love the ambience here! Not only is the food excellent but so is the service. The waitstaff has been trained so well! From the minute you walk in you are welcomed and treated like royalty. The bar is so inviting and the bartenders make perfect cocktails. It’s so easy to just melt into the music and enjoy the moment! The menu is top notch and we were told that seafood is delivered several times a week so you can expect freshness. My favorite so far is the Sweet Spot Shrimp and the Angus Beef Filet Mignon. You won’t regret giving this place a try!!

I have only been for brunch and it was AMAZING. I am allergic to eggs, so I cannot express how excited I was to go somewhere for brunch where I had options besides scrambled eggs and omelets! The bartender was so sweet. We had yummy mimosas and they were aesthetically just perfect. From the moment we walked in til we left it was a great experience. Definitely give brunch a try!

Wow! Just WOW! This place was absolutely amazing! Here's the breakdown- we arrived right at opening we were welcomed by a server. She asked where would we like to sit, (at the bar of course) Since this was our first time she took the time go over the menu and addressed our questions. She made our drinks with ease even after she told us this was her first time behind the bar. I ordered the Sweet Spot #2 and asked for no simple syrup, she explained that it was already in the mix but she would puree me fresh strawberries. Totally accommodating & delicious! Then she suggested the Sweet Spot shrimp, exceptional! We had the special which was a 32oz porterhouse steak, our friends had the lobster. It was all cooked perfectly & served hot. She introduced herself as Julie, as she delivered our entrees & made mention of the dessert jalapeno creme brulee & toffee bread pudding topped with pecans....we were intrigued, so we ordered one of each. Let me tell you, she under sold it! Then as we were talking to her found out she was not just any server, but the owner! Definitely the best place in town. The service is always amazing and the food is spectacular. Very accommodating and always a pleasure. I make it a point to visit weekly! The owner is one of the most sweet people you could ever meet. This place is a must for a date night or just a casual dinner. Don’t miss out on the sweetness!!!!

The Sweet Spot has a great rep with those who go, but it's not in as much conversation as it deserves. Brunch was excellent. Even the scrambled eggs looked good... and they were. Well appointed, comfortable, and inviting hospitality come together to make this a... well... Sweet Spot.
