I've been sitting in the teller line for 45 minutes. There's 20 vehicles in line and only 2 stalls of the 4 open. Maybe you should actually hire some more tellers when the lobby is closed to the public! Then after an hour of waiting I get to the digital teller and they tell me I can only have $5,000 a day when I needed 7,000 to buy a car. How is it legal to keep the rest of my money from me!nNever coming to this branch again.

The Manager of the tellers is very rude and aggressive. I’ve never seen someone be so rude blunt and smile over someone’s misfortunes in such a way before. I’m appalled by this behavior. How she still has a job is beyond me. If you want someone to belittle you make you feel unwanted uncomfortable Make sure to talk to her.

If you ever really want to know how to handle a bank... just lie. If you try to be an honest person and explain a situation to them, they will use that information to avoid being decent and avoid helping you recover any funds or inconvenience lost. The other problem is this bank is terribly set up with business accounts, their staff is limited and inexperienced with how to handle the problems of a modern business.

My husband and I have been with this branch of CUA for a few years now, we have had nothing but great experiences with them! I would reccomend them to anyone!

Wonderful staff and wonderful experience every time we deal with anybody from Credit Union of America. As a small business owner I appreciate their dedication to our community. I admire how much their team works together to always make their members feel welcome and remembered. That’s rare these days.
