Pros~nLove Meritrust, they really improved the mobile banking app. I have multiple accounts and no issues, the over draft fee is $32 but not a real issue if you manage your accounts. I've had one or two incidents throughout the year where something unexpected happen and I did get hit with overdraft fee but Meritrust is helpful since I had a good record and refunded.nThe phone services also improved now that you're allowed to get call back instead of having to stay on the phone to wait.nCons~nThe only thing I wish that they could do is have more physical branches, used to have one right next to me but now I have to drive a little ways away to get to one.nIts true that you can go to any credit union if you need to do simple things like deposit cash, but when you have to do paperwork you actually have to go to a Meritrust.nAlso, even though I was with them for over five years I couldn't get a loan from them for a car the first time so that was disappointing since I had a good record with them. However, couple years later when I was in a bind and need to get another car quickly they were the only Bank willing to work with me and kept interest under 5%.nnI've tried multiple Banks before I found Meritrust and I recommend them to everybody I know.

The best of the best. Karen Davis is a Amazing Manager. She is on top of everything. Her workers are on the top to. Best service we have ever had. Thanks Karen for what you do.

Don't fall for the free checking.. I made a huge mistake this is the worst customer service you will ever find anywhere..they will lie to you and tell you they've checked on a check to be cashed when in fact their manager will not let him stay on the phone for more than 5 minutes checking on anyting..don't expect to be able to call and check your balance it won't happen.. this place will only give you balance inquiries from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. don't waste your time at this bank they will not help you when you need it most..in fact we opened two accounts thinking they would give us a car loan they lied to us and turned us down nothing better than a bunch of used car salesman.. update so glad I move to intrust

They are refusing to cooperate with Army regulations, they have terrible customer service with rude employees, and they are money hungry. It’s bad enough they are breaking Army regulations and refusing to cooperate with customs, now they are making us chase them and play phone tag. I wish we never banked with them for our auto loan.nIf you’re considering this bank, best advice is to just go to USAA, they are at least honest and not total snakes.
