I would give them 0 stars but i cant.... Never ever ever ever do business at this bank if u have a title loan.... They will harrass u and harrass u about payments and then not even set up payments that u asked them to take out... My life goal is to make them famous for this... They will screw you over

45 Minutes in line too deposit a check is ridiculous to say the least. 25 years of doing business with this bank I think I’ll be looking else where for a new Bank after the wait in line and the broken snap deposit system they use.

THEY CLOSED MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE IT HAD $0 BETWEEN MY BIWEEKLY PAY CHECKS. I'VE NEVER IN MY LIFE EXPERIENCED THIS POOR OF SERVICE FROM A BANK. I should have known they were backwards when I opened it and they had no idea what Zelle is and they still issue temporary checks
