Brenda Adams took care of my process from start to finish and even made sure after the loan was finalized, she made sure to call me and make sure everything went well and was available for further questions. Brenda was very personable and knew exactly what to do to make the process work effectively. She took time to call me every step of the way. I hope she is available the next time I need her

Worst customer service I have ever received

Workers are pretty darn nice.

Every time I go in to speak with a banker I experience long wait times. Today I waited for 30 minutes before i walked out. Before leaving one of the three bankers went to lunch and the other two were helping one customer.nUPDATE: The bank left a message on this review requesting I send the review to some email. How about the requester send the information. They only replied to make it appear they I intend to do something about the negative review.
