Bank of America (with Drive-thru services)

They close for no reason all the time past several months have been closed more than open. It is definitely a bank that does not care for their customers

Where is the customer service??? No outside service at all and no drop box. The hours for working people are non existent. I'm about to take my business elsewhere. You were always convenient, but not anymore!!!!

Once again the bank is closed. They open for couple days then close for week or two. Then you have to go to 21st and Ridge where they have 1 teller sometimes 2 working. Plus hours are 10-4. Give me a break You can keep drive thru open till 6 if you cared at all about customer service

I have bank here for over 40 years. I always have pretty good service, I am upset they do not ever put deposit envelopes outside anymore and they are taking away the drive-through. The store on 21st street has no drive up what so ever now. Less banking hours less drive-through not a good thing.
