A couple of years ago they closed all of the drive-thru's and now we have Covid and no one can get any kind of service. The Westlink branch is non existent also. We just wanna use the night drop off I mean how hard is that there's never any envelopes which I can prepare for. Very disappointing for Bank of America.
I've had past experience with bankers switching branches and not notifying me of the change when I had an upcoming appointment scheduled. Very unprofessional.nnI am also unhappy with the change in hours of service. How is anybody with a working job supposed to go to the bank when they are only open 10 to 4 Monday through Friday?! No weekend hours or later hours. I don't get off until 4. Not sure who decided this but obviously weren't thinking about their customers.
Same thing as the rest of reviews. My family has almost 1m with BOFA, but no one wants to answer the phone for even more business.
20 min wait and $8 charge to cash a check out of my mother's account because I don't have an account with Bank of America?nHighway robbery slowly.nI will recommend she changes banks with better customer service, etc.
Very happy we do not bank with them. Hidden fees everywhere. To cash a check written from their bank will cost you. Go to a credit union and avoid giving these people money.
