I am slowly pulling myself out of this credit hole My bank of North Dakota student loans put me in and gave me no mercy or forgiveness with.nnSo BND needs to get with the times and update their online services. First and foremost. Not sure how they are able to stay in business. Oh yeah, it is due to the crazy interest rates they forced students into 10 years ago.nnAnyways. Overall they have been decent to deal with. They will not Work with you in any way shape or form to try to make your payments every month. For a good 5 years I was working at a job in the career my major was in that simply didn’t pay enough to allow for basic living expenses along with an incredibly large student loan payment every month.nnThere were times I had to choose between eating and paying my loan.nnThere were times I had to choose between being homeless or paying my student loan.nnI went an entire year without my mental health medication because I could afford health insurance AND my student loan payment.nnBank of North Dakota does not care.nnAgain, If you are considering dealing in student loans with this bank, please take all of this into consideration. DO NOT GET STUDENT LOANS WITH THE BANK OF NORTH DAKOTA!!! They are the absolute WORST to deal with! Save yourself the headache. Their customer service is useless. Their website is continually getting worse. If I could give ZERO STARS I would. Do not give this company your business.

Making people pay interest on their student loans during a pandemic. Greedy af!

A collection agency is easier to deal with than this bank. Put your money anywhere else. Including a matress in a burning building.

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE.nIF YOU EVER WANT TO MAKE A PAYMENT OVER THE PHONE IT WILL COST YOU $20. Even if your check “supposedly” got lost in the mail, and you’ve NEVER had a late payment in years. THESE GUYS ARE A RIP OFF.nnOh my goodness. They lose checks. My S.O. has NEVER had a late payment in years. They call and harass him at work and are rude and accusatory of him not paying. Then when he takes time off work to call... they don’t even answer, because the loan officer rarely even works there and has no set hours, so all you get is sent straight to voicemail. When you leave a voicemail asking to please call back, so that this can be resolved... they do not call back. Then the receptionist or whatever she is... (definitely a miserable person) is soooo rude on the phone. Cutting off and talking over the top... for seriously no good reason other than blind pride. She came across like she was defensive and guilty of something... because no one is that rude for no reason. THESE PEOPLE ARE JOKES.
