Because I didn't have insurance I was told in order to have surgery on my thumb I would need $2000 up front. I was both embarrassed and humiliated be doctor and staff. I was referred by the ER and followed up. Was given 4 different times to show up. When I did I was met with the snotty receptionist followed by the nurse who didn't get all my information the first time. It was a huge embarrassing failure and I would NOT recommend them to anyone!!
