Have not yet met my doctor Dr. Hague but I am very pleased with staff!! Lisa (I believe is her name) who is currently filling in for my regular nurse is such a sweetheart! I couldn’t be more pleased with switching to this office. They make me feel very comfortable and are very professional! I highly recommend.

As a 70-yr-old with gynecological problems too numerous to mention, Dr Hague walked me through my journey with patience, wisdom, and kindness. She and her staff researched until they found a compounded product that helped relieve pain and heal my skin. I can’t thank Dr Hague and her team enough. She is dedicated and willing to take on a hard case, me! Thank you, Dr. Hague for seeing me through this remarkable journey. The quality of my life is immeasurably better. I feel 20 years younger!

I had a great experience with Dr. Hague and staff with my second pregnancy /delivery and I continue to be blown away by the Heartland team in my third pregnancy. After testing postive for COVID-19, the team was extremely communicative with me and helped put my worries at ease. Dr. Hague's nurse Ashley promptly returned all of my calls and and was always friendly and helpful. So thankful to be a patient at Heartland right now!

I am not one to write reviews but this really has to be done. Obstetrician and his nurse were the best, they were prompt to respond and did everything they could to make sure i was happy and calm during my pregnancy. My problem was with the reception and scheduling. It surprises me how a place like this has such lower class people working for them. They are very rude, have no manners whatsoever. They speak in a very arrogant tone all the time and never never do their jobs without putting up a show. These are some of the things they have done during the time i was there: they don t have your appointment, you re late and will have to reschedule (5 minutes late), they don t understand what you re saying, they need some id verification, they need your insurance again, they make you wait standing up for a long period of time while they re working on the computer, you ve mixed up the information they gave you, they schedule an appt for the location at the other side of the City, they don t give you an appointment for the same location because there are no times available! (they lie), they don t understand the doctor s sheet and want you to explain ( really?me?) , if you ask for a morning appt they give you one in the afternoon, they ask you when you re due (?!) and other shameless questions and finally they make jokes about you and gather together to laugh it off. Well, i guess the joke is on them, they have their 10 minutes and then they go back to their miserable lives while we are making babies and having the greatest time of our lives.

This obgyn office has the best team you could ask for, from cma to MD. Ive been going to this office for years and have been treated with the upmost respect. Very cool laid back P.A.s as well. I always leave knowing I'm getting the best care. They are also very respectful of your medical choices.
