Manager did not have enough workers.

The person working the front was nice and helpful. The food was also very good once we got it. But there was only one person answering phones and bringing food out for the curbside to go. It also took 20 additional minutes before we got our food after the time they said it would be ready. They also forgot the sauce for my wings. Normally a great place and it looked like they were working really hard. Just short-staffed.

Every single time we come here the place is nearly empty but we still wait a solid 45 minutes for our food, the appetizer comes out at the same time as the entree, the food is usually either cold or it’s obviously been sitting under a heat lamp for 20 minutes. I’m literally sitting here yet again and our waitress hasn’t even been seen in 20 minutes. If I lived anywhere remotely close to the west side I’d just go to that one. If it were busy i would completely understand but there’s literally 3 members of the wait staff standing around right now. Management needs to do a better job of staying on top of their staff.

Wasn't terrible but wasn't the best

I’ve only been to this location twice now and can tell that they have great customer service! My friend and I came to pick up orders and were greeted by Alex. It was refreshing to see someone so cheerful, friendly, and ready to do their job. We will definitely be coming back!
