From the over abundance of 1 star ratings, there are no strength in numbers. This financial institution (I use that term very loosely), is the equivalence of Big Orange running the White House. I only use this bank because of my employers and wanting my funds immediately. The laugh is on me, as they have went to extreme bankers hours, M-F 10-4. For us that work full time jobs, that is an impossible feat.nnI went across the street and opened up an account with a bank that has excellent customer service, drive-throughs and hours that accommodate their customer base.
They will not give me access to my safe deposit box to get life insurance papers for a loved one. This is unacceptable.
There are times that there will be only one teller and it may take more than an hour standing in the linennThe reason could be the customers are unreasonable and many don’t know what they are looking fornnAvoid if you can
Eric is not fit to run a dish washer. Much less a business branch with customer service required.
The worst experience of my life cashing a check from this bank, I will never accept another check from this bank and I suggest you not either. Close your account and get a good bank.
