25 years account here. This branch makes there own hours and close when they want to. No notification until they were closing went to make deposit at 2 and they were closed i called to see wat was going on no one answered. Changing banks. Terrible place
Employee maintained her happy face but it took 25 minutes to go thru drive thru. I was behind only a couple cars.
This bank is terrible about fees and not working with people. Closing all my accounts and wish I could leave a 0 star review.
i went to bank of the west and eric helped me quite a lot. definitely recommend bank of the west.
