I’m giving 1 star because I don’t have an option for 0. I’m very frustrated, because I’ve tried calling them in the parking lot and they won’t pick up but when I go inside they’re talking to other employees. If you want my vote don’t even try to call - they never answer. It’s better just to go inside.
I am so amazed at the quality of service, customer service, and the confidence in which the people manage my banking needs. These folks are hands down a 10 out of 10. I highly recommend CUA!
Horrible service, loan officers wont even come talk to you face to face stay clear from this branch
Everyone is always very nice, very helpful. Sarah the manager is great. I have had several customers of mine also compliment the service and ease of receiving loans.
