Shelby Adams is a blessing to that location and to me. She helped facilitate a refinance of my car loan so I could get some much needed and crucial repairs done to the vehicle. The process was easy and fast, and she even got me a lower interest rate, reasonable payment and offered gap coverage appropriately. Great customer service; I'll prolly switch all my banking over to this credit union at some point.
I banked at another bank for almost 9 years before switching to CUoA - at CUoA I already feel welcome, comfortable and that they're genuine with their customer service, it's not fake or forced. My other bank was just cold and disconnected from customer service. I walk into CUoA and am greeted instantly, they actually want your business and make it known and work with you the best they can. I highly recommend them!!
I love CUA, especially the Goddard branch. Everyone is so nice and helpful, I always have a wonderful experience when I have any business to conduct!

I wasn't allowed to do business thru the drive thru, since I wasn't a Credit Union of America member BUT CUofA is a branch partner and services Skyward. As to why I had to come in (just to deposit a check) the girl said I needed to come in and when I asked why the answer because that's the way it is.....
