I was the head chef at a busy urban restaurant for some years before switching careers. Occasionally, a customer would stumble into a perfect storm of problems. Today I was that customer. When I placed my pick up order the woman on the phone was not helpful. When I arrived to pick up, they had given my order to someone else. I had to wait another 25 minutes to get my order, which means the kitchen didn’t expedite my order. That’s not cool. Before I left, I went over my order clearly and and was assured it was correct. When I opened it, half my order was wrong. Without these customer service issues, this is maybe a 3.5 star rating. The wings were good, but the fries were undercooked and the bun was too soft for the patty. It just turned to mush. Overall disappointed.
We were on a road trip and needed to stop for food, but we are kind of food snobs. Found this place on a blog and were so happy with this choice!!! Beer menu was top notch (I was not driving) and both of our burgers were perfectly cooked. I recommend the KGB sauce with EVERYTHING you get! Enjoy!!
Food is always great
Good burgers but horrible service. Numerous times I ordered through eat street and then after hour of waiting for the food, I get notification something went wrong with the order. You know how frustrating it is to wait over hour for food just to find out something went wrong with the order? This is on the restaurant and the delivery company both! I even called the restaurant and somebody answered and said she works at diff part of Burger Theory but thinks the restaurant closed just now. The food was ordered hour ago!! if something went wrong call the customer right away so they can make diff plans. Who closes the restaurant at 8pm? Then you wonder why sales are going down.
This is one of the Best burgers I have had. I had to verify that my first experience was not a fluke. The second burger was just as delicious as the first though the fries were not as quite as crispy. I had to tell a few friends about the burgers here. The breakfast here was also very reasonable and very good.
