Food was good. Got seated pretty quick. Took forever to get our drinks, didn't have what I wanted to drink on top of that. Got our appetizer before we ever got our drinks didn't think we was ever going to get our food never got offered refills on our drinks got our check few minutes after we got our meals.
I was there almost an hr, I was sitting at the bar section, bartender never even looked my way. I did manage to get a drink before the previous shift left. Had to ask for a different server to help, the bartender took offense and refused to make drinks for our table (hat off to the server for going behind the bar and making the drinks). The rest of my table got their food and finished while my order was not even ready (10 wings with fries), talked to the manager as he was walking by to please cancel my order. Both the manager and the server insisted on getting my wings to go but I was “hangry” at this point, so I had to drive elsewhere for food. I wouldn’t go back all due to a bad bartender attitude, sorry for the server who did an amazing job and the manager but one bad apple can spoil everything else.
This is one of the better BWs i have been too. Good staff, food was good and Bar tender was on point. As a chain BWs is hit or miss, this one is a hit.

My experience with Buffalo wild wings: I would call to place an order, ask how many wings would be included. Upon receiving the order, there would be several wings short. When I called to inquire about the shortage of wings, the manager would inform that the wings are weighed which determines the amount of wings actually received with an order. I have never heard of the weight of the wings determining how many you get. When I am feeding a family shall I tell a child you get 1 wing because it weighs more than Myles' 2 wings? This occurred everytime I ordered. Additionally, I ordered a salad as a replacement side item. It was the worst salad I ever had. resulted in the loss of my business for a couple years.nYesterday, I, for the 1st time in about 2 years, ordered a bundle that included 20 traditional, 20 boneless wings. Does this mean the wings are now counted instead of weighed?
