First visit but not my last....nI had a fantastic time at Long Horn this afternoon. You My steak was a little bit over cooked so they replaced it and gave me a compliment dessert. Our waitress, Destiny, was outstanding. The ambiance was perfect. We will definitely return soon. BTW- the assistant manager,Aron, and manager came to our table and shared their heart felt apology. Extremely impressed with the food and customer service.

I thought long and hard about my experience there looking for a fault but there wasn't any. The service was fantastic, the waiter took great care of us and the food tastes great. The longhorn steak was cooked to order and I enjoyed the whole experience. I would go again.

During my visit on October,10 roughly 6 p.m i experienced something a bit strange.....Food was great! However, a women upon entrance who seated us was a bit rude. Upon entrance myself and my partner reserved a table for six. She showed us a table near the entrance that had the same number of seats as a table in the rear. We requested the table in the rear. She denied our request insisting that table was for bigger parties. Although the table given to us prior, had the same number of chairs as the table in the rear. In sum, a family of four came into the store after us and she gave them the table i requested. I was unsure of her motive however i do feel as if race played a hug factor. My party was African-Americans while the family of four were Caucasian. That incident made me completely uncomfortable and i hope no one else have to experience such behavior while trying to enjoy a night out with family and friends.

Well spaced out. Clean. Good staff. Pretty fast service for a sit down. Had the ribeye sandwich. Was not impressed. Should've came sliced or something. To hard to eat as one chunk of meat. Good taste, just hard to eat. Sad to see the western burger go... That was the bomb!
