Terrible management. No air conditioning and didn't take responsibility for it. The owner doesn't know how to run an event center and can't be trusted. Chairs were breaking and hurting ppl. Cheapo seats that are a legal liability. 86 degrees inside for a wedding reception, and the owner says not their fault? Bartenders were good, but stay away from this place, unless you don't care about having major problems that go unresolved.

The venue is lovely. Our daughter's wedding was held there recently, and the indoor/outdoor space worked great. We wanted very simple decor, and with all the exposed brick, greenery, and handcrafted furnishings/bar, the end result was beautiful. Dell Ann did the floral for the wedding, and the colors were very pretty with the wedding party. She has a great eye for detail, and provides good ideas in the planning process.

I held my January 2018 wedding reception at Eleven Fifteen Venue. The industrial, urban vibe is very unique to anything else in the Manhattan area. Initially, before I booked the venue I had trouble contacting the owners. They are just really busy with events! Of the flip side though, they are busy because they literally do hundreds of events every year. They have all-encompassing experience and expertise.nI primarily worked the owner, Dell Ann. With planning a wedding for the first time, it’s hard to know what you want and what your options are. On top of that, my husband and I started to receive a lot more RSVPs to our wedding than we expected. Thankfully, Dell Ann ideas to manage the flow of people and accommodate the larger crowd. Because 1115 has so many rentals, they also have the ability to offer unique seating arrangements, couches, and bar carts to fit your event perfectly. (Another bonus - you get a rental discount when you use the venue). Closer to the wedding, I was still nervous about all the guests that would come. Dell Ann was super accommodating to meet with us and figure out the last minute details. The reception ended up being perfect! We couldn’t have planned it without her expertise.

This venue is absolutely spectacular!! I recently hosted a sorority event in this space and received so many compliments on how great the venue was. The owner did an amazing job of working with me to design a unique atmosphere that would stand out. The Eleven Fifteen Venue is a one of a kind spot here in Manhattan, KS and there is truly nothing else like it. It is luxurious, spacious, and conveniently located. Host your next event in this stellar space!

Great location for any kind of party or reception. Beautiful inside, and nice outside area in back. Have a day or evening event. Plenty of room to serve dinner and have a dance. Full service bar setup with 4 beer taps, and room for liquor and setups.
