Do not order food here! Menu doesn't state what come on it or with it. I am allergic to lactose and ordered the monster cookie as I thought to go! Nope comes covered with ice cream and whipped cream and in a bowl! Yuck! All she offered me is cookie dough without ice cream, seriously????? Definitely regret stepping inside, yuck!!!!! Totally disappointed in my trip to Manhattan. Only Decent place we felt welcome was Fat's not the shack!

The food isn’t that bad but it’s not that good. I seem to either have terrible service or hardly ever see my waitress. The drinks are good and the atmosphere is always fun.

No one waiting tables. Had to go to bar to order. It was after 11pm, but still...

Food is ok, standard bar fare. Nachos are tasty. Service varies, can lead to a time crunch at lunch.
