I wish it was like when central Kansas credit union was here.
We recently switch from another Credit Union and couldn’t be happier! We have had great customer service and help! The only thing I would wish for would be more staff in the lobby. But that could have just been the times I have went in (around lunch hours).
Mobile banking bad never can get on ..
I took out a preapproval letter for mortage loan at this credit union and everyone is great.I would recommend them to anyone.
Should have negative rating of stars. These people are idiots.nnAddition: notice the only good reviews are from when it was ckcu. Cua is an absolute joke. Nothing but issues since the buy out. Terrible staff management/training/mentoring, terrible management in general. That's a 1 star review average with many wishing to give it a worse rating than that. Steer clear unless you like banking with people that argue with you, don't listen to you, don't fallow your requests, are rude, never have management on hand, and are incompetent of handling payments.
