The place was really slow!!! Ok I understand things are crazy right now. But when it takes almost an hr to get me 3 side dishes, when there was only 6 tables being served is a bit nuts. The food was good so that was a plus. Then they decide to wait till the end of the meal to inform us the computer is down and you cant use a credit card unless you leave the number and info with them for a later date. You should really tell people that before you even seat the person but thats just my thought.
The service was bad not busy at all and was ignored by the waitress. My drink was left empty for over 15 minutes. Ordered steak I ordered it medium it came out raw it was barely seared. My wife's steak came out way under cooked and bloody she ordered it well done. Plus she found a hair under her potatoes. Only good thing is the manager comped our steaks.
Took a friend here last weekend. The food was nothing less than marvelous, and the staff was a notch above that. Great experience
When they bring back the chicken fried chicken and chicken fried steak and stop putting garlic on everything I'll eat there till then I won't be back. In fairness I haven't eat there in 10 years so maybe they had brought them back just won't know
The wait staff - every one from the hostess to our waitress - was very helpful. There social distancing was well planned out. Despite COVID concerns in a public restaurant, it was a very pleasant experience!
