My mother, friend, and I tried to go here this past Friday night. When we walked in, there was no sign indicating to seat yourself, so we stood there akwardly waiting for a staff member. When we finally found someone to tell us to seat ourselves, she was not very friendly. There was only one table available in the restaurant which was very crowded. Absolutely zero physical distancing going on in the restaurant and none of the staff was wearing masks. We did not feel safe eating there given how close the tables were to others. They had an upstairs dining room that wasn't being used, so that was a bummer. We went outside to try and order online for takeout. After putting the order in the system and going to checkout, it declined to accept the order. We decided to go across the street to Boots Bar and Grill, which was less crowded and was doing a better job at spacing tables out. This was honestly very disappointing for a town that sees a large number of tourists for Theodore Roosevelt National Park. I would not recommend for those who care about the safety of themselves and others. I cannot comment on the food.

Ate here twice while we stayed in Medora.nGreat food. Ordered the large pizza. Was huge...cooked extra crispy as I asked. Sat outside on the balcony. Was pretty busy but did not have to wait very long.nWill go again when we return to visit.

I am celiac and traveling can be very challenging. Little Missouri Saloon & Dining Room was the only place open. It was the BEST.....the waitress totally understood and the chef came to our table to talk through my options. I had the Buffalo Burger. Yes, it was dry as others have posted, but I knew that because it is so lean. With addition of cheese and bacon it was great!! Also, a fun atmosphere!

Waited 20 minutes for service, but finally had to leave and go across the street. I went on Sunday night and walleye dinner was good. There was a big group seated next to me. Wait staff never acknowledged me.
