Getting to see my old friends all in one spot and simply the non dramatic, comfy atmosphere made my trip in, great! Thankyou Jennie, Mona, Jeff, JP, Thunder and of course, Mighty Mouse!
This has got to be the worst customer service experience and overall food quality that I have ever seen. We ordered our food online and came in for pickup. We got two orders of fries and only recieved one, which the person on the phone claimed was because the two orders were in the one box, but come on noone does that logically. Got a nacho that was missing the nacho cheese and meat rendering it just a container of chips with some lettuce.nnThe person on the phone didn't take any ownership of the issue and just said that she would throw cheese and meat into a container and we could come get it. Ended up spending 45 dollars or so the first trip and even after calling to sort out the issues, we spent even more money to get what we originally paid for. Even then they didn't fix their mistakes previously and it seems that is just how this place is.nnIn conclusion, this is a great bar, but there is not enough care in customer service nor the food to be a good place to grab a bite to eat. People who want food should beware this establishment. If you are there to drink, go ahead but go look at the prices first to make sure you get a good deal. One thing is for certain: we will not be back.
Ordered online for delivery we didn’t receive all the food we paid for. called to fix the problem and got told I’m just a bartender what do u expect me to do get in my car and drive u food! Feel like we got robbed. The food was made horribly and just thrown together. Very disappointing on the attitudes of the employees and bad customer service. We will never order from their again just a complete waste of time.
Online menu prices different from what was charged. Food not cooked properly and never a call back from manager. NEVER GOING BACK.
I ordered the wrong thing because I was focused on the kids and just said the wrong thing. Silly mistake. We told them and they took away the food I ordered and brought me what I meant to order like it was no big deal. The owners hang out in their establishment and ensure satisfaction, and our server introduced herself and asked our names like it was a dinner party, not a restaurant. Good, hometown feel, good eats!
