Buy one get one on wings! I think yes!
The food was alright, not as good as I remember. Overall it was good, and the service was nice. I will probably go back. I am docking them two stars, one because they have no vegetarian options on their menu, which makes it hard for my wife to eat there, and the second because the chicken tasted over cooked the last time I went. I would highly recommend BWW look into meatless chicken wings to drawn in an additional customer base. There are numerous kinds that are EXTREMELY good and taste almost like chicken.
Went here with the family on 10/23/2020. My family's food comes out awesome right? 15 minutes later my food still hasn't come out. Waitress says let me go check. Comes back a minute later and says they are working on it the kitchen is getting busy. I was told about a new corporate policy about warm food. Seriously? I understand about peak times i get it but it doesn't make sense. Not that it matters because this place makes enough money but I will not return. Shame I used to love this place.nnUpdate I reached out to the website to fill the complaint form and still haven't heard anything.nnUpdate 2 still waiting but just giving up!!!
I used to really enjoy eating here I was a little disappointed this last time though. It took forever to be seated and all of the server was walking by saw us standing there and couldn't be bothered to say that somebody will be with us in a minute. Finally we get sat and it took the server a long time to get a drinks. Finally get our drinks and no menus then after about 10 or 15 minutes of waiting we finally get told that the menus are now online. Well not everybody at our table had a smartphone so we had one menu for four people. Finally the manager brought over a paper menu so we had two menus for four people. The food was still pretty good but the service needs a lot of work. The orange chicken was great.
Food was really good, our waitress Michelle was very personable and she ensured our drink order was filled right away and always kept them full without asking. Any requests from the table was promptly handled.
