Our waiter Blake was extremely helpful and nice! Next time we go back we will request Blake as our server! It's really nice to meet someone who is willing to help and has kindness. Anyone that goes recommend Blake for your server and you will give him a 5 star too!

Food was standard fare for Red Lobster. Service on the other hand was literally one of a kind. Our server Ed was easily the most empathetic, enthusiastic, and energetic server I have ever had. I truly have no reason to return to that particular Red Lobster, due to location, but I would to sit in Ed's section.

The service was awesome and the food was delicious!!! My husband and I loved it. We will definitely be back, especially since it was our 1st time in YEARS since we have ate at a Red Lobster!

It was my birthday. I always wanted to go to red lobster on my birthday. . There was a drunk man. He was yelling profanity over our table. This guy started in on my son. There was a big loud argument between him and my son because he was standing very close me also he looked like he was yelling at my sister. We were a party of four not knowing what or why this guy was yelling. Management never came into the room. Other employees stood way back and watched and never said a word to try and stop this. I would have thought they would of kicked him out or something. The man that was so intoxicated finally left on his own. I could not believe that none not one your of your employees or management came out to help the waitress. She kept asking the man to leave. Dinner was not as good as it used to be. Maybe just a bad place to have special dinner's. I'm still wandering where your management was and what they were doing!!!! No one came to help her. Even after it was over your manager still didn't come out to see if everything was ok. I'll give 5 Stars to the waitress we had. She stayed very calm and kept trying to get him to leave. Plus taking orders from your customers. I don't think that I'm going back.
