Waldo Thai is a wonderful place to eat! The staff was friendly and helpful, the food was delicious and enticing and the secret weapon is their cocktail menu! The cocktails are lovingly crafted with unique and quality ingredients and they are are priced very reasonably! This is a new favorite spot.
We tried the Sunday special Waldo Thai BBQ family pack yesterday and it was fabulous. The ribs had an amazing sauce on them, the brisket and chicken was cooked to perfection, so juicy and tasty. All the sides were new to us, and they were such a delight. We feasted for about 2 hours, and now can't wait until the special is offered again. We'd highly recommend it. Thank you Waldo Thai!
This is truly a wonderful restaurant. A few things you'll know and love. A few things that will be new and... you'll love. It's an hour to get there and back home but we feel lucky to make the trip when we do. Love this place.
Some of the best food, drinks, and service you will find anywhere in KC. Excellent human beings pouring their heart into every aspect of the restaurant experience. With a fabulous happy hour, tasty small plates, service industry night, family style carry out meals and seasonal menu changes you can never go wrong. Support local and spread the love, friends; these folks deserve it more than most!
This place had been on my list for awhile to try and was finally able to make it in this past weekend. Absolutely loved it. Everyone was super friendly and all of the food was AMAZING.
