Security Bank of Kansas City

I have been a customer for more than 30 years with this bank. The personnel are extremely friendly and helpful in every situation. I would recommend Security Bank of Kansas City to anyone interested in personal or business financial help.

Terrible! My entire family has been banking here for over 45 years - they don’t care - a customer is just a number. Plenty of other banks out there that provide real customer service.

We worked with Joyce. Shes pretty cranky.nnWe had a transaction with an account that is new to us. My uncle is hard of hearing. She gave us an attitude about taxes and was generally unfriendly. We are both on the account, my name was visible. I requested a print out of what we have with the bank, she snapped at me about asking. She didnt ask who I was or anything.nnI will probably wait until another employee is available next time. It was an unpleasant experience.

Never have I seen this BAD of customer service at a bank before. None of the bank tellers at security bank are particularly nice, but today I just about had it!!! The teller was harassing me for her own mistakes ( such as getting the wrong deposit slip when I specified which one I needed). After that, she gave me a hard time about everything I did.

We have been with Valley View for over 30?years. We have always had excellent service in the past and no complaints. The fraud department is very much on the ball and we were notified a couple different times in the year about suspicious activity. Turns they knew before us that there was a problem. Turns out there were several transactions not by us and they reversed all of them without question & resolved problem immediately. Customer service has beennExcellent. Will continue doing business with them.
