UMB Bank (with drive-thru services)

This bank uses faulty ATMs that will steal your money and the bank won't pay you back for their mistake.

I went into this branch today 10/4 and I received the best customer service. Michelle worked with me for at least half an hour reissuing a money order, looking up a different money order, cancelling payment on a money order, getting me copies of all documents, updating my address, and finally checking the status of the checks I ordered. I feel she went above and beyond. I hope to work with her each time I enter the bank! She deserves a raise or something. :)

Worst bank ever. I tried to cash my paycheck because it is from UMB Bank. And they tried to charge me seven dollars to cash a check that’s from their bank. That’s absurd. I’ve never heard of a bank charging for that and and I used to work at a bank. I’ll never give them my business.

Drive thru closes at 5??? So disappointing and frustrating
