Place is a joke. Took my information with a hit on my credit and never got back to me. Maybe if my name was Bill Smith they would then offer superior customer service.

The people in the drive-in window are always helpful and cheerful.nI get fast responses when I contact CACU online.

First off-I love Community America Credit Union as a whole! This branch is probably the most awesome though. Definitely one of my top three! It can be a bit tricky to cross 95th street traffic but it is at a great location. The people are very helpful and knowledgable. I left my previous bank because it seemed like their wasn’t a lot of consistency between branches/reps and they had weird fees. CACU is very transparent in what fees they have and have overall lower and less fees than banks. Bonus pro tip-they have a high interest savings account where you get money back using your checking account by swiping your card! It’s great a feature among their many other wonderful financial incentives.

they are always helpful! and they do have overdraft protection but like any bank you have got to have money in a savings account and it turned on to utilize this service. the fee then is minimal. let's not forget about the cookies and coffee in the lobby!
