POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!nI called to get on the schedule to have a steer butchered back in June 2020. He took my name and phone # and told me the soonest would be sometime in January. I said that would be great and he indicated that I would get a call when to bring in the animal. I just got told today after checking to make sure that I was still on schedule, that they didn't even have me on their schedule. He told me he is booked at least a year out and that he is not required to do anything to get the matter resolved. He was rude on the phone when I asked again to check for my name on the list. Unfortunately it escalated from there with him hanging up on me.nWhat I would have done differently in hindsight is, I would have got something in writing or an email back in June when I first called.
Best place to buy meat. Even after we moved we still order our meat there.
Very nice place they sure know how to handle meat
