Great experience working with Erik today as we had cricket phones that were not working. Erik made sure that the numbers were transfered and we had nothing but a great experience in this store. Erik knows his business and will go the extra mile for you!!!nSet us up with a new prepaid plan and did a great job!!!
Associate bricked my phone, then wanted me to use it as a trade-in to upgrade. Was disrespectful and condescending towards me. I am filing an official complaint on Eric at this location to corporate. He also refused to give the managers name. Had no clue how to do is job, and it was obvious, as someone who is farely tech savvy, that he doesn’t know anything about technology. After he made my girlfriend cry with the way he spoke to her, he proceeded to laugh while watching from inside the store. Do NOT get assistance from Erik.
Erik was very professinal and got us in and out in no time, it did take some extra trime to trasfer my phone ,My expericne with Erik and Josh Are top notch At&T couldn't have better people representing them at this store. Erik and Josh made coming tmobile seemless.
Went in to get a smart phone hooked up. Activated the SIM card to the wrong phone so had to get another SIM card. Very distracted (watching Mike Rowe from dirty jobs) and complaining about his coworker going to lunch (we were the only ones in the store when he left) and getting busy (2 customers came in behind us). It should have only taken 5-10 minutes tops for what I needed, we were in there well over a half hour. Erik is the employee who worked with us.
