I am pleasantly surprised by how helpful and friendly everyone is when I come here. Have a mistake that needs correction? They are happy to help. Need assistance with setting up an account? Personalized experience. For daily banking needs I don't need to go anywhere else after the merger with the various locations in Kansas City.nThe location is great, even if the building is old and leaking.nnThe tellers are thorough and have great customer service skills. The management helps escalate and resolve issues appropriately, bending over backwards for the customer. I used to bank at Wells-Fargo and Mazuma and never received service like I do with Security Bank.

I have been a customer of Valley View Bank for over 32 years. The staff are courteous. They are knowledgeable and greet me by name. What an outstanding branch.

These ladies really know what the are doing. Whenever I have a question, they are always there to answer it and let me know how if change anything.

I have banked at Valley View for over 30 years and I am extremely happy with their service! I hope the upcoming merger doesn't affect their outstanding service level.
