Commerce Bank

They can’t figure out how to even issue a debit card and make promises that it will work and then doesn’t. I wish transferring everything wasn’t such a pain. We will probably take our business to another bank soon. We have wasted so many trips to try to get a debit card.

Worst bank and customer service of the 4 banks I deal with. Commerce seems to want to make it as inhuman and difficult as possible to have an acct with. Be it to say today the loose both business accts I have.

I don't typically write reviews for anything, but I had such great customer service today starting with a friendly welcoming from the teller even after I wasn't in the best mood and my presence wasn't the most graceful. A huge thanks to Jason Abrams the Branch Manager for going out of his way to help me with my situation. I came in extremely flustered at Commerce Corporate and he was nothing but understanding and positive. I would certainly recommend this location before any of the others in the area because I've been to just about each location and this by far surpasses them all. Thank you for the true quality experience!

Just opened an account with them today, was very happy with the service, the lady (Heather) that helped my was very nice and polite towards me. I would recommend this bank to any of my friends or family.

Good staff, pleasant experience.
