Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

All I want to do is replace a lost ATM card. This is generally easy to do with a phone call. The customer service phone tree is cumbersome and asks for information you can’t readily give from a lost card. The wait to speak to a real person when they finally determine to offer you that option, is over half an hour. I decide to visit my branch bank—it is closed. I visit another branch and the line is long and people are angry because the ATM is broken. I finally get to a teller. She doesn’t listen and appears obtuse. After a lengthy back-and-forth I am told I need to sign in and take a seat. I have been sitting here for over 20 minutes. I don’t get the impression it’ll will be soon. No satisfaction, no service.

Horrible customer service. This branch had a line going out the door with one teller working. When I was next in line, a new teller came on and the existing one promptly closed her line still with people out the door. Other employees were walking around but nobody seemed to care about customers waiting in line. This is not the first time this has happened. I've been a customer for approx 20 years and overall service just keeps deteriorating.

Horrible place, do not do business with these people unless you want problems.Pay off credit card balance every month, tried to use credit card today, declined, called customer service, said I missed July payment, when I have receipt & canceled check showing payment. This bank is so incompetent, customer service is HORRIBLE . After 21 yrs I am so happy to cancel my credit card with BoA & go to a reputable bank to do my business & have working drive thru's with friendly customer service unlike BoA.

Unable to reach the bank via phone. Called twice and told to call back or make an appointment. Just suggest they had a call back system. Got in today had great service.

Tellers were kind and very helpful! Someone greeted me at the door and directed me to the best person to solve my problems. Wish they stayed open a little later, but they have families too!!
