This business is no longer open. They have numerous trailers advertised in Jamestown ND. But then when you call them they tell you they only have 4 trailers there and the business is closed. Closest Sparks dealer is MN
Purchased a trailer in January and the hitch on the trailer got bent so I could not take the trailer home until they got it fixed. They said they would deliver one and not to worry about it and they were sorry. A month later I called and they said they were backed up on delivery and couldn’t so I explained my frustration and they said they would just give me a check and return it. I had to file a police report and get an attorney to get this issue addressed and still haven’t received payment or delivery and they say that they can’t write a check for it until the owner gets back. 4 months into this almost and they still have my money and I could either use a 12,000 trailer or 12,000 rather than have them recover their losses on their business. Very unprofessional of them. Negative stars.
Very satisfied with the service and price of the 6x12 trailer I bought.
Would give them negative stars if possible!!! We bought a trailer there on April 5th and still have not gotten the certificate of origin (title) from them as of 5 months later. Can’t license the damn thing for proper use. Have talked to them numerous times and keep getting the run around. Have had multiple temp licenses, even called the manufacturer and they told me the dealer was sent the title. Sick of dealing with something this stupid for so long. The absolute worst customer service I have ever had from any business ever. I would recommend buy from anyone else but them.
Friendly staff. Wanted to help me get what I needed even though they didn't have it.
