Total attitude from cashier tonight when I told him the price was different in the shelf. It isn’t about the money. Stock your shelves in the appropriate places and when a customer brings it to your attention don’t be snotty about it. Apologize and once you saw it was your mistake correct it and honor the price on the shelf. The young man behind the counter today around 5pm seemed inconvenienced just when I walked up to the counter in the first place. Hire people that know how to provide good customer service.
Staff were friendly, and the dogs are healthy beautiful puppies. The person who is doing the pricing is HIGH out of their mind.nnI'm talking 3x higher than other inflated pet store prices.nnDon't fall in love with a pup there. Although they'll be sure to offer you financing when your jaw is on the floor from hearing the price.
Staff was friendly however beware the pricing scheme!! They will not disclose prices of puppies over the phone. They will have you come into the store, sit you down with a puppy before giving you a price. They wanted $5500 for a golden retriever puppy. Save your time and search elsewhere.
