I tried to pay my safety deposit box bill by phone with a credit card. I was told the bank doesn’t take credit cards! So I came in person at about noon to pay and ask some questions about my account. There were two tellers and zero bankers in the offices in the lobby. I was told to take a seat to speak with a banker. I then waited for over 30 minutes, no assistance. When I went up to the teller and asked how much longer I was told that the banker was at lunch.nnSo a couple of questions. What kind of a bank leaves their customers with zero assistance during the noon hour when they are most likely to be able to come and do business? Secondly, what kind of a business – any business – doesn’t take major credit cards?nnNot acceptable.

Everyone is always very friendly and greets me by name when I come in. Very good customer service!

My wife and I have always been treated with kindness and professionalism concerning our banking there. We would go nowhere else.

Wonderful people whom are always very helpful. They do the details perfectly that other branches don't know how to do. I've banked through many places before and they are by far the best.

I just spoke with a telephone customer service representative from the bank who I found to be rude and abrupt, and interrupted me repeatedly when I tried to explain my problem to her. I then spoke with a CSR from their first National Credit Card company who did the same thing. And they did not help me with the problem.nI should say whenever I've dealt with them personally at the bank they have all been courteous and helpful.nAnd when I've spoken with people from the bank locally they have been courteous as well.nThese people were at an 800 number so I don't know where they were located.nIt might be advisable to have the CSRS take an refresher course. And first and foremost not to interrupt your callers or talk over them. And not to act indifferent or as if you don't care when you can't solve their problem .
