Central Bank

This bank is awesome. Been looking for a good bank for a long time. Tried banks and credit unions and this one just gets it right. Beats Community America and BMO Harris. Won’t bank anywhere else.

This branch, under the extremely competent and professional management of Ms. Adriane Shands, provides outstanding customer service. Ms. Shands has been there a number of years now, and no matter how long in between my visits, she has instant recall of my name. She and her staff are always cheerful and helpful, providing positive energy to the place. The staff are well trained, know what they are doing, and are very efficient in processing transactions.nnThe level of service at this branch is a throw back to the old days of small community banks where the management and staff personally knew everyone who walked in the door. It's quite refreshing and quite a contrast to other banks' branches that I have visited, whose staff and atmosphere are negative.

We are so thankful to have connected with Central Bank of the Midwest in Olathe years ago. The staff is always helpfull and so attentive to all request. We have many members of our team who also bank with them on a personal side as well. The staff at Central Bank of the Midwest is truely the best! Adriean (probably a typo on her name), is so relatable and has an amazing way to connect with people. Robin, she does an outstanding job of following through and getting things done! The best part of going to the bank is walking through the doors and seeing Doug with the Mug! We love all you do with us Central Bank of the Midwest and we truly would not be where we are today without you guys!
