I have been in this hospital 4 to 5 times over 20 years with different issues, most requiring surgery to save my life. Everytime I have had an excellent experience. The doctors, nurses, lab techs, etc are amazing. They are friendly, take their time to explain everything regardless of how long it takes. They make sure you know your treatment, what the complications are, and we'll take all the time you need to explain it to you in a way that you understand. The nurses are attentive the lab people are amazing and I just don't have enough to say about this hospital. When I need any kind of medical treatment this is the place I always come to and I recommend it to my friends and family. I would just like to say thank you to the mall and I appreciate your time and energy and for saving my life more than once.

I, like everyone else, understand that we have been out on a Public Order from the Governor. It is in our face every single day. But, apparently Presbyterian has forgotten that compassion and empathy for Patients and their families is a important part of Healthcare. The employees and staff are on such a power trip that if you enter the hospital for whatever reason they are ready and poised to attack any family members with you. All in the name of “keeping you safe”. There are no apologies or empathy or concern for your or your families feelings. It’s basically “you can’t come in.” No nice or easy way of transferring your loved one into their care. So much for the Presbyterian Promise. That’s a joke on us.

I called in to get a refill and was forced to have a video conference with my Dr to get a refill. This was a non addictive or dependent drug. The "consultation was less than 6 minutes" Now I have a bill of 160.00 dollars for the " consultation and a $35.00 fee as counseling fee for the simple fact that she asked me if I wanted to quite smoking. My local clinic only charges me $35. I would have thought that hospitals would be more considerate with covid cased but instead charge you with $195 for a 6 minute video call.

As much as it is challenging to write right now, after a heart catheterization that went through the wrist of my writing hand, I feel compelled to give a grateful "shout out" to Dr. Federici and charge- nurse Kelly from the Heart Catheterization team! Dr. Federici is a rare gem- a brilliant, thorough doctor with a kind and compassionate "bedside" manner! And Nurse Kelly made my transition home far less painful than it might have been. I am blessed, and eternally grateful to them both. Sincerely, Sharon Kalinowski, Taos, NM

Tabitha, Carie, Lynda, and Dr. Shana 🙏 Thank you for your hard work and showing my family member care 🖤 I don't know how else to thank you enough. May your household be as healthy as your work ethics. God bless.
