U.S. Bank Branch

First of all US Bank is the worst bank ever.nI visited this bank yesterday to make a withdrawal . I was told I could not withdrawal the amount requested and the banker thought he had the right to ask/question me what I needed MY MONEY FOR!!!!!!! I'm not even sure if it is legal to deny someone their own money. I was told there was a cash shortage in the WORD - so my cash access would be limited!!! Yes I was actually told this. The attitude given when I just wanted to get cash because my card is constantly sent to the fraud department for me to answer questions. Their systems have been down and here it is more than 3 days later I have not been able to use my debit card. This bank is so desperate to keep your money. I mean I HAVE NEVER GONE TO A US BANK AND BEEN ABLE TO MAKE SIMPLE DEPOSITS OR WITHDRAWLS. Chase, Wells Fargo, and Citibank can have me in and out within 5 minutes!!! After bein, denied my own money I am consulting with attorneys this week and will finally be closing my account this week. This is the most stressful bank I have ever used!nUSE CHASE - WELLS FARGO- CITIBANK!

Raymon gave the best customer service I have ever experienced. I was in the process of buying a car a few states away and needed my autoloan sent to the dealership. The first time I called the bank someone answered and put me on hold for a while. Somewhat understandable since this is the only local bank with an open lobby during COVID and I'm sure they're understaffed. So, I hung up and called again and got a hold of Raymon, he helped me right away and made the most effort. There is a couple hours difference from the branch and where I was buying my car but he worked around that and made sure I had all the help I needed even after his shift ended. Thank you so much!

Very nice customer service and fast

I'm very upset with this branch, I've tried to reach them out through emails and they don't answer or it takes 2 months to answer (no kidding). I've been calling them but the are not able to give me a solution to my problem and they keep saying that I have to send emails.

Worst bank ever. Service is lame and slow.
