Would be 5 stars if the Atm worked half of the time. Otherwise it is a very good small town bank.

Except for a couple remaining employees, this is a low-class operation. The bank repeatedly makes mistakes on our accounts. I'm referring to multiple locations, including Olathe, not just Rainbow. (Deposits into someone else's account, changing our correct deposit to an incorrect total, passing on a counterfeit 100, not posting a deposit on the business day and business hours it occurred. These specific instances are recent ones I remember.) The ATMs are out of service more times than I can count. I've been treated rudely as a stranger even after banking there since about 2009 as a business customer. I'll be leaving as soon as I have the time to attend to it. Update: ATM out of service again today.

Great location. Super friendly staff. Always nice and pleasant. Sometimes seems a little understaffed, but the ladies are all great!
