Red Wing

We dropped off boots for repair in January. Apparently, the repair was finished in April. I guess they called, although we have no messages. I finally called on my own! Guess what? The repairs are done. Who knew?! :)

Great American company. Best quality products. Love the neighborhood store.

So I had the best experience the shoe expert my the name of dillion helped my boyfriend I was sitting there, dillion explained the boots and insoles my boyfriend bought in great detail then explained a care product would help, my boyfriend bought these automatic crackers a week ago, gosh he loves it, we love this store!!

The husband and I went here even though it was an hour away because we heard it was a good place with signature fitting. When we got there the man named Kevin didn't size my husbands feet so we didn't know what shoe would fit. Then he asked Kevin for shoes that weren't steel toe in the brand he chose. Kevin said he didn't have it in store but he could have it shipped to our house so we decided to do that. A week went by and we got the shoes just to realize they were completely the wrong ones. So again we drove an hour away to take them back to the store. Kevin annoyed at this time helped us get a new shoe that was a little more so we paid cash and were on our way for the hour drive home. Well another week later my husband said the shoes just hurt too much so I called on August 4th to make sure we could return them for a refund and kevin stated he definently could and we agreed to come in the next day. August 5th we again drove the hour there to return them but when we got there kevin informed us he could not give us a cash refund because they didn't have the money even though he told us he could. He wasn't going to give us a refund until I demanded to put it on my card. He was absolutely rude and I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. I called customer service and spoke to shelly who was amazing help and made sure my refund was put on my card. I'll deffinanlty do business online with them but not at this store!

Mark and Dylan we're amazing at explaining what product I needed, plus they're extremely helpful at explaining why. Definitely coming back to this store.
