Terry and his team at Med Resources were wonderful to work with. I received several telephone updates to make sure I could track the progress of the shipment. They assembled it and a technician gave me instructions when I received it. Excellent customer service.

We are so thankful for this store we are from out of town for our sons appointment at Children’s Mercy Hospital and I forgot my charger for my wheelchair and we went several places with no help and this store was so nice to allow us to borrow one over night !! We were stressed and they helped us so much!

I would give a zero review of this company. They do not listen to your concerns; they do not provide the weekly tubing that is required. I have only gotten new tube/line once and unfortunately for them and for me they hooked my tube which was ways too small up and I was not getting oxygen as the tube was rolling up and I did not realize how weak I was and I passed out and had to be taken to the hospital. Because of their error my oxygen level was so low they (Dr.s) do not know how I was still alive. They had to bring the right thing to me to put onto my equipment and the guy (Steve) did not know why he was having to bring it to me. When I explained what his person had done with the tube and size of tube he turned bright red. He handed me the correct products so that I could put it on correctly when I went home. Now they are billing me an unbelievable amount and not billing medicare and my secondary insurance. October 2018's bill exceeds $8,000 and is not even broken down as to why they are charging ME and what the charges are for. I will be contacting medicare (I got all of the bills and everything from them at one time. They never sent anything before October of 2018. I was in the hospital off and on in 2017. Do not use this company. I don't see how they would ever change. Now I will end up getting my attorney to work with this. Robyn Rhoads

Horrible communication, never returns calls or tries to pick up equipment! When first getting equipment, I called the driver back within 2 minutes of him leaving and he never answered or called back!!! Just terrible i would never recommend or use this company again! And the receptionist is rude as hell as well!
