Food was AWSOME! Server had a horrible attitude!!:(
Ordered food to go over the phone for the evening. Spoke and worked with Mason who was very helpful with navigating the menu. He also allowed me to pay from my car and delivered the food in a timely manner. My order was all correct and everything was delicious. Thank you Mason for excellent service!
Food was good. Service was ok, but should have been better. Alcohol drinks took for ever to get from bar. Waitress let our water glass get empty. Plus when we were paying the bill, waitress took the bill (itemized bill), only brought back total, she should never assumed I didn't want it (never assume anything, always ask customer). I had go find manager to get my bill (should never happen). Waitress never came back (to check on us).nThe man seating folks, wiped off table (all the trash to the floor), wasn't wearing gloves (while cleaning), not even a though job (Covid), he left spilled soda on the floor. I advised manager of spill when I left.nThis location really needs some training, especially when customers have a wide range of restaurants to spend their money.
Over the last 5 times I've been to this chili's; the service just keeps getting worse. While the food isn't horrible; the servers along with management are. This establishment scream mediocrity and I would definitely advise going out of your way to your next closest chili's. They constantly seem understaffed and the managers will walk by your table multiple times with no acknowledgement regardless of whether you've been sitting with an empty beverage for 30 minutes or not. I shouldn't have to ask for a refill every time I want one.
Great Food! Service could be a little faster we waited along time for chicken crispers meal and a triple dipper appetizer. The waitress was really nice though.
