U.S. Bank Branch

5 stars for amazing service and professionalism by Brian Franks the branch manager. I walked in for something that typically requires an appointment (without realizing it, sorry!) but they got me in within minutes. Brian had us in his office along with his intern. They were both very personable. I recommend this branch.

SERIOUSLY?! This US Bank wanted to charge me a $7 fee for cashing a $100 check from their bank because I did not have an account with them. My bank does not charge any fee whatsoever to non-members for cashing their checks. I would NEVER open an account at this bank because they charge outrageously high fees. If they try to steal this much money from non-members I can only imagine how they rip off their own account holders.

None of the US Banks are good you're better off getting with chime. The people over this bank closed my account under false pretenses and had the nerve to not even contact me. I'm from out of town currently with no money because they closed my account and planning to send it to my home in 10 business days. The US Bank period is an unreliable bank.

I have been a US Bank customer for a long time and the Lawrence,KS branches have been good to me. But this 87th OP branch after having a the first transaction with them made me agree with the low review ratings they received. For a customer to be the one apologizing for venting to the teller of why there's a fee for a cashier's check and can not be waived for any reason to the point of getting the manager who is not courteous to explain to me why it can not be waived made me feel like I am nobody because according to her I do not have a 'platinum' account. I know $8 is a small amount of money but it's the principle of good customer service. I could have used my husband's military benefits but they said he had to be there. Mind you, we have a VA loan/mortgage through US Bank. So yes, wish there was zero star to give this branch.

I recently opened a second account with us bank at this branch. I was helped by Lindsey Hughes the assistant manager at this location. Lindsey was amazing and helpful. Every question I had was answered quickly and insightful. He also made great suggestion for my future banking which I appreciate since I'm still learning about financing. Once again..nThanks Lindsey!
