Can't say I've had the best service inside here, but I've banked here for years. I mainly use the ATM.
If you are a collector of U.S. coins and love to CRH then DO NOT GO TO CAPITOL FEDERAL. This particular branch will NOT let me withdraw .50 cent half dollar coins or even order a box of halves. They claim they are phasing out this coin but that's BS. I'm pretty sure they are just to lazy to do their jobs. It's quite obvious.
I have enjoyed excellent customer service at this location. Very pleasant experiences each time I was there.
Very slow here, love this bank but not this location.
Had a good experience getting change here once.
