U.S. Bank Branch

One of the slowest drive through banking I have seen... Always lines and employees taking hell lot of time... Many times ATM is not working either... They should learn from other local Banks on fast drive through

Pre-covid I was going in on Saturdays every 2-3 weeks. Everyone was courteous and professional.

I don’t know why I’m a lifelong US Bank account holder. They always have horrible customer service and I’m starting to think it’s discrimination. US Bank staff treats me badly and I’m starting to think it’s because of my skin color.

After two weekend trying to hunt banker to open accout I dicided to close my business with us bank the worst bank these location are awful no greetings no help

Had Deposited Cash into ATM at this location and the cash got stuck in the ATM, called and made a report, they assured me that I was most likely going to get my money back with my claim. I called this location the next day, and they told me that the ATM was getting repaired so that would help my claim. I recently received a letter and they said my claim was denied! I lost $95 and also lost my trust in this bank, I didn’t get protected at all for an accident like this what else can I expect for the rest of my money that I work hard for! Very disappointed and will change banks soon!
